Our Executive Chef, Tania Kosmeli
Our Chef , Tania Kosmeli , was born and raised in Athens and her roots come from Micrasia. From a very young age , she knew that cooking was her big love & passion , so she made her studies at Lemonde Institut and continued with her Bachelor in Culinary Arts in Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon , France.
Her love for Asian culture led her to work with the best Sushi Chefs in Greece & learn how to combine her 2 big loves , Asian & Mediterranean cuisine. In Bronze Restaurant , she combines Greek , local , seasonal products with Asian culture.
Since 2014 , she has had leading positions in International Hotel chains & Restaurants , all over Europe.
